Human Care is a charitable organisation that has been assisting underprivileged families in Fiji since its inception in 2003.
Our focus of assistance are in the areas of education and social welfare.
Human Care Inc is currently providing tertiary scholarships to students and is providing monthly welfare assistance to socially disadvantaged families in Fiji.
HCI’s Projects
Brother Nazir Khan highlighted several key initiatives:
- Zakaat Projects: Supporting underprivileged families.
- Qurban Project: Sacrificing 13 animals and distributing meat to eligible recipients.
- Water Hand-Pump Project: Providing clean water to underserved communities.
- Ramadan Food Packs: Distributing 210 food packs to recipients in Fiji.
- Vocational Education Program: Work in progress.
- Road to Jannah Project: Conducted in Rwanda, Uganda, and Pakistan.
- Donations for emergency relief: $16,000 to Turkey, Syria, Afghanistan, Morocco, Libya, Palestine.
The night featured a motivational speech by youngster Brother Ubaidullah Hasim, followed by pledges introduced by Brother Tafizul Mohammed. A video and photo presentation showcased the recipients’ needs from HCI’s recent trip to Fiji. Attendees used QR codes to view recipient profiles and make donations. A total of 33 pledges were confirmed at AUD $1,200 per recipient, with 66 families still requiring support. A charity auction of various items raised $8,505. The evening concluded with a dua followed by delicious dinner and dessert.
HCI extends its heartfelt gratitude to all donors and sponsors for their generous contributions towards the Zakaat, Ramadan, and Qurban Projects, as well as the pledges and auctions. The dedication and commitment of HCI members and their families are deeply appreciated.
